Real Words from our Guest!

My four children and I experienced Blue Sky Cabo Fishing just this past December. We partook in a sunset cruise, a fishing cruise, and a float cruise. The boat was clean, and the staff were very friendly, and always looking to lend you a hand with anything! The views were out of this world! On the fishing cruise we were able to catch 5 Marlin!!! ( but of course released them) The staff made us a Ceviche, which was absolutely delicious! This trip was just an awesome experience, so many things to write about! We got to meet the famous “Poncho”, the biggest sea lion I ever did see! The staff were so quick to take all of our pictures to capture all of our moments! We even got so close to a whale! We were told where to bring our Mahi-mahi to the restaurant “Misiones de Kinos” and they would cook it for us. They cooked it three different ways, and it was out of this world delicious! Blue Sky Cabo was an excellent experience, and I would HIGHLY recommend it!

Up early and ready to catch that fish.

Captain Beto and his crew are welcoming.

Breakfast, coffee and baileys are waiting

First stop is meeting the bait boat, load up and bait those lines.

We also have some lines with shinny lures and artificial bait.

The crew have about 5 or more working rods out.

Trolling up and down the cost about 30 mins past lands end.

The pacific side is the place to be.

Captain Julio and his crew had a fantastic day.

Reeling in 3 Marlin and two Dorado.

Our Captain and crew do everything in order to get fish to bite.

All boats are set up with the best equipment out there.

When it comes to Marlin though ,arguably is the “Catch an release”.

Blue Sky understand that people wanting to keep their sizable fish.

We strongly recommend catch and release.

Save those keeps for the ones that don’t make it.

Census say there is a 85 % positive release rate.

You definitely don’t need clear skies to have a great day fishing.

Captain Julio and his crew headed out on the  32′ Yacht Blue Star.

A short trip from the marina, west of the famous Arch.

Trolling up and down the pacific.

The crew had multiple lines out with lures and live bait.

This couple landed two Mahi Mahi a Wahoo  and released a Marlin.

A Wahoo has a mild flavor, very lean eating fish.

Mahi Mahi is a lean pink meat with a mild sweet flavor.

Mahi Mahi is one of my favorite fish to eat, remember the crew can filet your fish right on the boat.

There are many restaurants close to the marina who will cook it up for you.

The greatest compliment come from our clients.
We love getting feedback… here is a quick note we wanted to share!
If you are debating… you can read more reviews on trip advisor!

We went to Cabo seeking Striped Marlin, we were not disappointed aboard the Blue Sea! It was an outstanding experience as was the crew, second to none and we have fished all over the world. We had caught every species of billfish in the world but town prior to this trip. After catching several striped marlin, each of us has only one species remaining (the elusive spearfish). Jim, the Owner is extremely responsive and truly passionate about providing a first class experience to clients. The crew is professional and aside from knowledgeable and effective…very fun!

The Blue Sea is best in class and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding fishing experience.

November never disappoints

Now is the time to book a Fishing charter!

I just wanted to tell you what a great time we had on Blue Sky. We managed to boat 1 Marlin, 2 Dorado. They crew were very helpful in boating the Marlin and a couple of great guys to boot. I’m glad you talked us into a sunset cruise, we had a great time and I appreciate the ‘extras’ on the cruise. I will definitely re-book with you and request the same set up. I  won’t stop talking about this trip 🙂

Blue Sky Cabo strongly agrees with Catch and Release.

We Found a recent study offers some surprising conclusions, about the mortality of billfish hooked and released.

About 86 percent of billfish released alive will survive, and this is true no matter how they’re caught — on light gear, on heavy tackle or even on commercial longlines.

That’s pretty good odds!!

These ladies sure had a fantastic day… Dorado, Sailfish and a Marlin.

Thats a pretty Fabulous day, thanks to Captain Gilberto and his Crew.
