Cancellation Policy:

Blue Sky Cabo requires a 50% deposit via credit card to secure your booking. This deposit if refundable minus a $100 admin fee up until and including the 15th day prior to the charter date.

Cancellations after that time will generate a full credit towards an equivalent charter on a different day, if available, or on a future trip. A full refund or alternative fishing date will be offered if the port is closed due to bad weather. No pro rata refund will be offered if the charter ends early at the clients request or due to sea sickness.
