The boat was very nice! The crew (Ted, Julio, and Ayde) had an excellent driver and fisherman plus a professional photographer who cooked an excellent breakfast and lunch for us. Drinks, beer, and liquor were also provided. The owner of the business also called us before and after the trip to make sure everything was fine. Top tier guided trip, you will not regret going Blue Sky Cabo!
WOW!! I have done plenty of deep sea fishing in my years, but Blue Sky Cabo took it to another level! Captain Gilberto and his crew knew exactly where to find the fish – we caught a bunch of 20 lb Dorado and 3 Striped Marlin all weight over 200 lbs a piece. We also booked a sunset cruise on the 60′ Blue Sea and had an amazing time. They provided private chefs, food, water, etc….all we had to do was show up!! The email communication between Jim and Therese was consistent, information and covered all the bases!
Captain Julio and the mates did a great of taking care of us and putting us on the fish – 3 Marlin (released) and several nice mahi – not released. The mahi ceviche and salad were wonderful. All in all a step above all the other Cabo charters
Had an amazing experience with this outfit! The crew was excellent and the facilities and well as the boat was top notch! I would highly recommend using them in the future and can’t wait to book with them again!
It’s a 4 1/2 hour run to Fingers Bank, but in November the marlin are there feeding on bait balls of sardines. It is just incredible to see and fish. You can make the trip there in the comfort of Blue Sky or Blue Sea. If you are a serious angler, you want to make this trip!
We had an amazing two-day fishing experience with Captain Juan, Mario and Wilson! From the time we boarded the Blue Sky, the crew was very friendly and made sure we had a great time. They were constantly working to give us every chance to land a big one! The boat was in tip-top shape and we will definitely use them again when we come back! Thank you for the amazing experience!
The Blue Sky team knows what they are doing…everything was dialed in perfectly! We had 8 guys down in Cabo and really enjoyed the sunset cruise/party on Thursday night. The staff was incredible and as I said above, they took care of ALL of our needs. We went out fishing on Saturday and the crew/captain were confident that we would catch some fish….again they were spot on. 3 Marlins and 3 Dorado …so much fun. If you heading down to Cabo and want to fish…choose these guys 100% We will will be back and use them again for sure.
Top notch experience all around. We did a float party and an 8 hour fishing charter on the 60 foot Blue Sea … both exceeded expectations immensely. The crew is excellent and absolute pros at catching fish. We landed 3 Mahe and also 3 Marlin! It was an epic day of fishing. The boat was fully stocked with great food and beverages …this company seriously checks every box. I would definitely recommend to anyone and use again in the future!
Can’t say enough good things about this company and their amazing crew. We have been in many other fishing trips but this was head and shoulders above any other experience we have had. We caught 2 marlins and 5 dorados. Julio, Ted, and Ulises were amazing! This trip will always be remembered as one of our best experiences. I chose Blue Sky for the excellent reviews and it did not disappoint. Myself and two other buddies took off the on the 32-foot Blue Star Luhrs boat with Captain Julio and crewman Ted. They helped us catch some mahi-mahi and even took us marlin hunting (no catch though). All and all, Julio and Ted made the experience worthwhile. The owner, Jim, was also a gracious host, having given us a call both before and after the trip to check up on us. I will gladly come back to Cabo and give Blue Sky another go, maybe this time for a longer fishing experience! I highly recommend Blue Sky!
This experience could not have been any better! This crew was phenomenal. Knowledgeable, helpful, and a joy to be around. Truly couldn’t be happier with our adventure. Came away with over 50lbs of Durango and snagged 3 Marlin. And the boat! Blue Sea was an absolute beauty. So much space and killer vantage points from top to bottom. Review of: Cabo San Lucas – Fishing Charter – 60 Foot Bertram – Blue Sea
My family and I did several charters with Blue Sky Cabo on their 60 foot Betram including 3 fishing charters and 2 float charters during our stay in Los Cabos. I have done many fishing charters all over the world and Blue Sky was by far the best of any. The Captain and crew were friendly, experienced and very professional. The crew included a photographer/Chef who prepared a delicious lunch for us. We did both deep sea and bottom fishing and caught a variety of fish including Tuna, Grouper and Snapper that the crew cleaned for us to bring to a local restaurant each time and enjoyed the freshest sushi and seafood dinner possible. The kids really enjoyed playing on the large inflatable floats and especially enjoyed meeting and feeding Pancho the local celebrity Sea Lion who came aboard on our way back. On our last trip, the fishing was slow but we were treated to an amazing show by a family of humpback whales that played next to our boat for over an hour. The boat is well-maintained and clean with ample space for everyone.The photographer took lots of great professional shots to help preserve our unforgettable memories. Thanks Blue Sky for being the highlight of our trip.
This is my second trip in 2 years with Blue Sky Cabo and it sure won’t be my last. We worked with owner Jim from Canada to book our trip. He is 100 % involved all the way from start to finish with your unbelievable experience. The Captain and crew were just simply amazing from fishing to making sure you were comfortable at all times. The breakfast and lunch meals were prepared right on the boat by the wonderful hostess. The scenery is just simply amazing. We even got to see a couple Stingrays, turtles, flying Marlins as well as a whale which is uncommon that time of year. Now lets talk about the fishing! I’ve owned a boat pretty well all my life and I would say that I’m pretty good in our Great Lakes. This crew is just a hard working crew. If there is fish biting that day they will give you the opportunity to catch one.They must of switched up bate ten times trying to find the bait for the job. There was 4 couples we ended up catching some pretty nice fish. {Wahoo, Mahi Mahi’s, 110 inch 185 lb Marlin} Our girls really enjoyed the trip as well with experiencing the Sea Lion jumping in the back of the boat so they could pet it. My Dad and I went DEEP SEA FISHING on the “Blue Sky”. Probably the MOST amazing thing I’ve ever done. We caught: 2 Marlin, 4 Bonita, a Shark(on accident), 1mahi-mahi, and 1 huge wahoo! We were recorded FACEBOOK LIVE while we were fishing so our family could see us reeling them in, not to mention professional pictures(which I can’t wait to see). The captain and his crew were so awesome and extreamly knowledgeable. We were served lunch and beverages on this beautiful boat! We got to see lots of other wild life too while we were at sea, so that was sweet! The owners were great! One met us there to wish us luck and send us off, and the other made an effort to call us at 6am to wish us luck and called at the end of the day to congratulate us! I would HIGHLY recommend this company!
We also did a SUNSET CRUISE on “blue sea”. This was on the 60 foot yacht, also a very beautiful boat! It was gorgeous and relaxing; Again very knowledgeable, great captain and crew(different crew from our day fishing) The manta ray were jumping in the sunset, and they had a wonderful guitarist(Fernand)serenading us with his beautiful songs. Such a great thing to experience with my family and would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a FIRST CLASS great time!
I’ve already recommended this charter to everyone I know! Fished 2 days with my husband on the 32 foot Blue Star. 6 hours each trip. Day 1: we both caught a striped marlin! Plus 5 mahi mahi and 1 mackerel. Day 2: 2 more striped marlin! Plus 4 mahi mahi. Captain Julio and first mate Wilson were the best! They both spoke great English, were nice, friendly and liked to joke around like us. It felt like we were fishing with our buddies. The owner, Jim, called before and after the trip to make sure everything went well. Jim and Julio recommended a restaurant on the marina, Alexander’s, to cook our fresh catch. Alexander’s cooked the fish for our lunch 5 different ways. It was delicious! The booking process was easy, fast and secure. The bathroom on the boat was large and very clean. I recommend wearing the prescription sea sickness patch behind your ear, the seas are rough in Cabo! Also, try not be too hungover when you go, it wouldn’t be as enjoyable with a bad hangover. Plenty of cold beer on board though!. I can’t wait to go back next October to fish!
My Wife ,7 year old son, inlaws, and myself just returned from a 8 hour fishing trip with Blue Sky Cabo and must say we all had the best part of our vacation The boat is absolutely stunning and the staff are just as amazing. From the time we arrived to the time we ended the trip we were treated like royalty.
We were lucky enough to catch a bunch of fish as well! My wife had never caught a fish before and she was able to catch a Tuna

Jim the owner is extreamly hands on and made us feel so important. Anytime we needed anything he was available. He called us before we got on the boat at 530am to wish us luck and called us personally when we arrive back to the Marina to Congragulate us on all of the fish were able to catch.

We chartered Blue Sea – she is a massive 60 footer… Sure the boat is nice, but what makes fishing with HER so extraordinary is the staff and crew! Beautiful morning – early 6:30 am sunrise departure, fresh made egg burritos (OMG YUMMY) shortly thereafter with coffee and we set out to sea.
Within two hours we caught our first 20 pound dorado – dinner for tonight! Another hour later we hooked up on our first marlin. It literally took us one hour to get into the boat and we were both exhausted after. The marlin was a catch and release but the dorado was prepared seven different ways from a local restaurant – delicious!! Back to the crew and the whole experience. If you want basic fishing this is NOT your choice of boats. This is a luxury boat with extremely detailed focused services. From the breakfast to the open bar, to the English speaking deckhands, the state of art fishing gear and tackle and of course the boat Captain. We even received a personal phone call from the boat owner Jim at 6:30am to wish us off on a fabulous journey and Jim called us again when we returned to the marina to hear how our fishing experience was. TOP NOTCH all the way around… We even had Poncho the local sea lion celebrity jump inside the boat for several photos!!! Thanks Blue Sky Cabo, we had an incredible day!!!
Great fishing trip! Thank you for a fantastic time! There were four of us on the boat and each of us landed at least four or five fish. The crew was great and they knew where the fish were and the food they made us was great. Couldn’t have had a better day of fishing.

Best Fishing Trip Ever
Amazing captain and crew, good cooks, expert fishermen and a clean boat. The fishing was exciting and fun. We caught quite a few fish. After being home from Cabo for well over a week we still talk about this fishing trip the most.
Our group of 7 went out for a six hour deep sea fishing on the Blue Seas 60 foot fishing yacht. The whole experience was great. Breakfast and snacks were provided along with drinks. The crew of 4 was exceptional and spoke very good English.
We caught 2 Dorado which we kept and a 9′ Marlin which we put back. They were great in helping us reel them in.
We got pictures by the arch and had a visit from a friendly sea lion on board. Our 5 year old was ecstatic.
They filleted our Dorado and we took it ashore and had it cooked for lunch. It was great.
Blue sky is where it’s at. The beautiful 60ft Bertram was well equipped with lots of food and drinks. The staff is great and attentive. We caught 7 marlins!! Met up with poncho. We also did a sunset cruise on the same boat with lots of time with poncho. You won’t be disappointed.
If you’re in Cabo looking for a fantastic day on the water Look no further!!!!!
Everything from beginning to end was amazing. Boat, food, crew all perfect. We were lucky enough to catch a Dorado, and a Marlin!!! We even got to meet Pancho the famous sea lion when he jumped on the back of the boat while enjoying Cabos beautiful scenery .

Blue Sky Cabo gave me the opportunity to mark deep-sea fishing off my bucket list! I am so pleased with their expert guidance and attention during our 8-hour excursion. From getting us coffee to making breakfast, our crew was the epitome of great service! Mario is a first-rate First Mate!! He showed us what to do, how to do it, and enjoyed our experience as much as we did! It is evident he truly enjoys what he does!! Ulises took care of all our galley needs, assisted Mario & the captain, along with capturing all our fun on camera for us!! Captain Julio safely guided us all day and made sure we missed nothing! We saw sea turtles and whales thanks to his observant eye! We ended the trip feeding leftover bait to wonderful sea lions and got to see the Arch, which is not to be missed!! THERE IS NO DOUBT WE WILL DO THIS AGAIN!! Blue Sky Cabo is a top-notch company!
My son and I have dreamed about fishing for Marlin in Cabo for years. We had several questions about the trip, Mary answered all my questions right away and was extremely helpful and friendly. We booked the 8 hour trip and also went on the Sunset Cruise. The captain and crew were fantastic. They got us on the fish right away and they never let up. We caught 2 8ft marlin, a Dorado and a Wahoo. We released the Marlin but kept the other 2 fish. The boat was awesome. Comfortable cabin, great food and drinks and very clean. We even got a phone call from the owner when we were out fishing to make sure all was going as expected! When we returned, the owner called us again to make sure they lived up to our expectations. That is customer service that sets them apart from other charters. We bought the Souvenir T-shirts (in both colors). The fit and look is going to make this one of my favorite shirts to wear when going casual. I can’t wait to come back and spend some more time with the guys at Blue Sky Cabo!!

I’m telling you if you want a fishing trip of a lifetime and want to make memories that you will hold on to for the rest of your life; book a charter with bluesky cabo they even do sunset cruises or a booze cruise with big floats, in front of the famous caboarch, elarco. you will be sure to have a good time! My very first year we fished more than one day, I’ve caught several Mahi, Marlin, roosterfish, yellowfin tuna, and other meat fish. Top quality Charter!
Jim was great in getting an 8hr charter set up for 10 of us who had come to Cabo for my bachelor party. The crew was amazing and made the day all the better. But the bartender/photographer/cook we had was amazing!! We were told we’d be provided with ‘a light breakfast’ I think it was called, but holy crap…the food she cooked up for us was incredible. The best food I had in Mexico and it was cooked up in a tiny boat kitchen. Incredible.
I would book this charter again in a second, we had a blast and everyone said it was their favorite part of the trip. Thanks Jim!

Blue Sky is as solid of an outfit as they come. Booking the fishing charter has been incredibly easy. The folks at Blue Sky were very responsive with questions and overall were very informative. I would highly recommend Blue Sky to anyone wanting to get out on the water in Cabo. The ship was great, captain amazing, service/price/value top notch.

This visit is my first experience at a warm resort AND blue water fishing. The experience of Blue Sky Cabo was incredible. Although I have no comparisons, I would definitely rebook with Blue Sky without hesitation. Jim and the crew aboard ship were incredibly helpful and patient with this newby tourist, and the result of a feisty Marlin topped the day. Of course, any trip aboard a Blue Sky ship is not complete without a visit from Pancho the sea lion. What a blast! Every member of our group had a great time. We landed 3 Mahi Mahi and 2 Marlins. The crew is professional, highly competent, and friendly. It was a wonderful day aboard Blue Sky!

Boat was clean and well maintained. Crew was very friendly, professional and great knowledge of the area as well as where and when to fish. Keith and Jim (owners) did a great job!! Received numerous email with regards where to parking in area, eta to boat, what to wear or do to prevent seasickness, restaurant in area, etc. Food was prepared by cook / chef and professional photographer was provider at no additional cost. The chef did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! This is the boat to book if you don’t want to worry about anything and enjoy your trip. Our family and friends enjoy the 9 Strip Marlin we caught.
I don’t usually go out because I get seasick. They took us on an evening cruise to see the sunset and the boat and crew did such an amazing job I decided to go out with my husband, son and friends on the all day trip. What an experience of a lifetime. The crew let me know the best places to sit so I wouldn’t get sick. The captain did a great job finding us the fish. I would recommend Blue Sky Cabo to anyone who wants to have a first class excursion with a trustworthy company. The sunset cruise was so beautiful. We took lots of pictures and the day trip was so much fun. Can’t wait to come back and do it again!!
To summarize this in few words, I have been on many excursions in my life and have never ever had as good of customer service as Blue Sky Cabo. Without a doubt this company puts their clients first and makes the entire experience rewarding, just not the excursion. Communication was incredible. We took the impressive 60′ Blue Sea on a fishing trip with 10 men and had a captain, two crew mates, chef and photographer. Jim set us all up with sea sick bands, proper planning to prevent nasea which made the trip that much better for us all. The chef had fruit, coffee and snacks all day with breakfast and lunch served to us on the boat. Most importantly our captain put us on the fish!! We caught 4 mahi in total and 3 at one time!! We then switched to catch marlin and caught two of them as well. To top off a perfect day, we also had two Sea lions come on our boat and feed them bait fish! I cannot say enough about this charter and how much we all enjoyed it. If you are looking to book a charter in Cabo San Lucas… Look no further.
My friend and I boarded the boat at 5am. All the staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly. They offered fresh coffee and sandwiches, clean fluffy blankets and lots of TLC for my instant sea sickness.
The yacht was immaculate, in fact it was so clean and cushy, I couldn’t imagine there had ever been a fish caught on board. The bathrooms were minty fresh which is very important to me.
About an hour and a half to 2 hours out to sea, we accidentally caught 3 tuna while the guys were setting up their equipment. The excitement was on! I pulled in 3 myself by the end of the day. Best fishing experience of my life and by far the highlight of my entire trip.
One of the crew members cut up some tuna heart sashimi for a nice light lunch. I believe it was marinated in sesame oil, a little soy sauce, topped with habanero peppers and purple onions then cooked with lime to taste. They served it with tortilla chips and omg! It was sashimi to die for!! I’ve never had anything like it and I would go back again just for this. It was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. I’m looking forward to taking my boys out there with me sometime before the year is up in hopes to run into the famous and most beautiful inside and out Miss Blue Sky Barbie once again. This was an amazing time. The owner (Jim) of the company really worked with me to ensure our experience was everything we expected and nothing less. This was a second round trip due to some issues but Jim was great to work with and he wanted to make it right (which he did). The Capt. (Rigo) made some of the best fresh mahi-mahi sashimi of all times and was informative when asked multiple questions throughout 8 hour trip. The crew was always making sure all of us had cold drinks, freshly cooked food, snacks and most importantly tequila. The cherry on top was we caught several mahi-mahi, saw a shark trying to catch one of our mahi-mahi while reeling it in, a whale, lots of sea turtles, a marlin swimming by the boat (which we did try to catch) and a manta ray. I would not hesitate to book with this company anytime. This is a great boat with lots of room to stretch out either in the A/C, up top with the Captain or hang out with the crew on the fishing deck. Big shout out to Capt. Rigo and his awesome crew. Thank you.
Jim was very professional. The boat was clean and the meals were amazing. Caught 1 marlin and 1 shark. The boat we had booked had to be serviced so Jim hooked us up with a larger boat and no extra charge. Great company and the crew was amazing as well.
My cousin just retired and I joined he and his wife in Cabo San Lucas. Their first trip to Mexico and my cousin’s dream was to catch a Marlin. Blue Sky Cabo took us out on the Blue Star with Ted, Ulises, and Julio made our day!(#Bucketlist #Blueskycabofishing).

Catch of My Life
This was my dream come true. Captain Gilbert and Crew put us on fish and I caught a Blue Marlin that was the catch of my life! Everyone on board the Blue Sea vessel treated all of us with first class service and they were so considerate! They made us all feel like we were one big family. In addition to our fishing trip, we went on a float trip and we all had an absolute ball. Our vacation was made complete with the positive experience that we had with Blue Sky Charter!

This was our first time to Cabo and Blue Star was our first outing. We came to Cabo to marlin fish and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The crew was incredibly professional, nice, helpful, friendly, the list goes on and on. We took an 8 hour trip out on their 32ft Lurhs and it exceeded all expectations. They served coffee, breakfast and lunch. We hooked on 3 marlin and got one in the boat! I can’t say enough great things about this company. Their rates are well worth every cent, do not miss out on this adventure of a life time.

We had a fantastic deep sea fishing experience on the Blue Sea. The boat was in top notch condition and the crew was very professional, incredibly attentive, and engaging. We were blown away by how good the breakfast burritos, panini’s for lunch, as well as the margarita’s! Having a photographer on board with a drone for amazing over head shots was also a unique touch! Jim, the owner, his wife Therese, and Keith, their partner on the ground in Cabo were exceptional to work with. They are a class act!

We celebrated our 30th anniversary and wanted something unique. The crew was great and made sure we were successful in each of us catching not 1 but 2 striped marlin! My husband’s was so big it went up both sides if the back of the boat! Would recommend them!
Blue Sky Cabo, thank You all so much for the great experience my wife and I had. We rode the Blue Star on a Fishing Tour looking for a great experience. Departed the marina at 6 AM sharp with Julio ( skipper) and his crew Mario and photographer Ulises. Very professional and respectful people that treated us fantastic. After 6 hours of relentless search we got our reward. A huge and beautiful Marlin!!
Important to highlight that the Marlin was returned to the ocean. Such a beautiful fish is worth preserving for generations to admire. No harm was caused to the fish. After we put it back in the water, we watched it when it swam away. Priceless moment.
We also had the opportunity to watch whales, sharks, dolphins and turtles.
The boat was in implacable condition. Very well kept, which made us feel very safe during the tour.
By the time we got back to the Marina, we were greeted by Pancho the Sea Lion!

We had the pleasure of renting Blue Sky’s 60ft Bertram for a fishing expedition. It was my son’s first deep sea fishing experience, as well as another boy’s first time fishing. My son was extremely nervous as it was a bit windy early in the morning and the waves were rocking the boat. Right from the beginning the boat’s staff made every effort to make my son comfortable and entertained. He was distracted from the rocking of the boat as the crew talked to him about all the types of fishing and what we would potentially catch.
As the morning progressed, the weather wasn’t great for marlin fishing and we switched to bottom fishing. The quick transition was a great choice. We were quickly catching sea bass, grouper and red snapper. The boys were reeling in fish almost for two hours straight and everyone on the boat caught multiple fish.
Throughout the day we were busy with fishing and the only breaks were to have an incredible breakfast aboard the boat and an to have our pictures taken by the ship’s photographer’s.
For those who have never fished in Cabo before, it is an incredible experience and Blue Sky’s team only enhanced it. We were able to see humpback whales up close and to take incredible pictures at El Arco. But no trip fishing in Cabo is complete without a visit from Cabo’s resident sea lion Pancho. The crew was able to safely have Pancho come aboard the platform and the kids and adults were ecstatic. There were photo opportunites aplenty.
Overally, Blue Sky fishing charters provided us with a first class, 5 star experience. They tailored the experience to the different age groups aboard the boat. The captain and crew were friendly, engaging and most of all they were excellent at the jobs. We would definitely use Blue Sky Cabo for our future charters and would recommend them without any reservations.
Review of: Cabo San Lucas – Fishing Charter – 60 Foot Bertram – Blue Sea
So this trip was nothing short of spectacular. I looked at several charter companies for my trip to Cabo this past December, but I was primarily interested in a shared charter to reduce the cost of the trip. I ended up booking 3 charters with 3 different companies, Blue Sky being one of them. The other two charters were 8-hour trips as I was primarily interested in marlin, tuna, and dorado (mahi). The Blue Sky charter ended up being a bit different, though. Jim Korchinski, the owner, responded to my request for a shared charter by letting me know that they don’t do shared charters, but they were doing a special 16-hour charter to the Finger Banks on the Blue Sea, their largest boat. He made sure to inform me that if I got sick there would be no turning back. Luckily, I’ve never gotten seasick and this trip was no different, even with sleeping on the boat for 5 hours as we “chugged” to the Finger Banks. On the boat, it was me, Jim, his wife, Therese, his 3 kids and a friend of theirs, and 5 crew members. When we got there, the sun was just coming up and the crew immediately began fishing for bait. We already had bait from a stop earlier that morning, but Captain Roberto’s logic was we don’t know how long the bait will be here, so best to stock up now. I was grateful for that as I’d been on other charters where we’d run out of bait and the fishing stopped. Around us was something out of BBC’s Blue Planet. That’s the only way I can think to describe it succinctly. To the right of the boat was a massive bait ball with humpback whales, tuna, marlin, and other fish attacking it from the bottom and over 100 frigate birds attacking it from above. Around the boat, you could see the dorsal and tail fins of striped marlin poking out of the water as they cruised the surface looking for bait.
Once the bait tank was filled, the crew set the rods they had rigged earlier that morning into the spread and we began trolling. I don’t know what lure they hit on, but I do know it only took a minute or two for us to get our first hookup. I was first in the lineup, so I took the rod and held on for dear life while the fish ran out several hundred yards of line. Jim was on deck with me and got me a fighting belt so I could fight the fish without using my stomach as a rod holder. I was sorely out of practice fighting big fish (I’m from Tucson, so the biggest fish I fight on a regular basis is the occasional catfish), so my pumping technique wasn’t ideal and I forget to level the line on the conventional reels we were using, but we got the fish in to the boat in about 20 minutes. That was number 1. I got my picture holding it and we released it unharmed in about 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, Diego, one of the crew, had prepared breakfast burritos, so I took a break while we trolled for marlin again. No more than 30 seconds after sitting down did we have another reel screaming off line. Thankfully for my breakfast burrito and I, we could stay together a little longer as it was Therese’s turn to reel one in. I think she used the fighting chair for this one, so she ended up getting it to the boat pretty quickly with a quick release after some pictures. Rinse and repeat trolling for a third time and Jim was up. He ended up fighting the fish for probably half an hour to 45 minutes due to it being foul hooked in the belly and us not realizing it. That fish was “leadered” and the line cut to prevent further damage.
At this point, the crew had been scoping the ocean for a while and determined that sight casting to the marlin would be both easier and quicker than trolling for them. I’d finished my breakfast burrito and was ready to go again, not knowing that my breakfast was going to be the longest break I got all day between fish. If you’ve ever done offshore fishing, you’ll know what I mean when I say I have no idea how long any of the fights took. Some were definitely longer than others, but you lose all sense of time when fighting a fish like a marlin. All you care about is getting line back, inch by inch if you have to, and seeing that leader come out of the water. I caught 7 marlin myself that day, and lost 3 or 4, over the course of ~8 hours of fishing time. It was a once in a lifetime fishing trip. At one point, we had 7 fish on at the same, both at the bow and the stern. Captain Roberto has to be given a ton of credit for helping all of us keep these fish on and leadering most of them. I swear he’s a magician. Me, Jim, Therese, their kids’ friend and some of the crew each had a rod and we danced over and under each others’ lines to make sure we didn’t lose the fish we had like some sort of manic ballet. While all of this is going on, Diego is taking pictures and video with both the DSLR camera and the DJI Phantom drone they brought for the charter. So not only did we get pictures of the marlin on the boat, we got pictures and video of the fish while it jumped and fought near the boat.
After my 5th fish, my hands were so tired I didn’t trust them to hold the rail to move between the bow and stern. By the end of the fishing, my hands were beet red from holding a rod for so long and I had to bow out of taking fish due to how worn out I was. I’ve never been so tired from a fishing trip in my life.
On the way back, we celebrated with some Crown Royal (Canadian whisky, as Jim is from Edmonton) and talked. Jim’s a great guy and has lots of stories to share about his past life, including a period where he traveled around the world to fish. He also told me about a couple good places to eat in Cabo and some advice on where to go for bonefish out in Florida. When we got back to port, we had some left over bait, so his daughter scooped some out of the bait tank and fed the semi-tame sea lion, Pancho. I tipped the crew as generously as I could manage and headed back to my hotel for a hot shower and some rest.
Overall, it was a fantastic trip! One has to go in to any fishing trip prepared to not catch a thing, but a trip like this one makes up for all those days getting skunked. If you’re looking for a serious fishing trip with lots of marlin action, the Blue Sea trip to the Finger Banks is the way to do it.
What an amazing day we had fishing in Cabo with Captain Francisco and First Mate Aaron and Ulises. This trip was my husband quest to catch a Marlin. That dream came true catching three Marlins and two dorado. The boat was blue Sky and it was well equipment.. The whole experience with Blue Sky Cabo was top of the line. From booking to our Welcoming breakfast, fishing and their professional team made this a memorable experience for us. We will be back to book another trip.
Had a great time with Blue Sky! The crew was great! The owner of the fleet actually met us the morning of to answer any questions. We hooked up on some Bonito & Dorado. We had our fill of Marlin a few months prior, and really wanted Dorado. The crew came through with great results! The owner directed us to a restaurant that cooked the fish that evening for dinner. I’ve been deep sea fishing plenty of times. Rarely have I been on a trip where every aspect was perfect. From the captain to the deck hands to the cook everything was perfect. I will happily recommend this company to friends and wouldn’t consider finishing with anyone else
it was my 16th birthday and I couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Jorge and Jose are the best! I landed 1 Marlin and almost got a second but it came off the line last minute before we got it into the boat. Numerous mahi. I wish I could be paid to fish everyday too!!! What an excellent day on the boat. Safe, clean and always ready to help. Jose even made us sashimi with our mahi and it was SO GOOD. I will be telling all my friends to get their parents to book a charter when they come too. This was a trip of a lifetime and BIG bucketlist. These guys know how to put you in the place to catch the BIG ONE! I was so happy
We had a great time with Jorge and Jose. They were both very nice and did all the hard work so we could relax and catch some great fish. They gave us a nice breakfast including coffee and breakfast burritos and made us fresh ceviche that was soooo good with the mahi we caught. Owner was very nice and responsive with any questions and was there when we took off and returned.
Jim, Theresa, and the boys on Blue Sky Cabo boat did and do an amazing job every time we come out. Every detail of the trip is top notch. From the second we arrive at the dock, we are met with smiles and hand shakes. Then to the boat we go. Met with more smiles and handshakes, coffee, danishes and a safety briefing. Then off to the fishing grounds. Every effort is put forth for a successful day of sport fishing. Our day was filled with two nice sized Striped Marlin, whales and dolphins. Breakfast was served around 8:00. Delish!!! Photos and videos throughout the day were sent to us for the memories. All in all an A+ trip, crew and experience. Thank you to the whole crew.
Trip of dreams!! Incredible experience for my son’s birthday. Jorge and Jose are absolutely two of the most fun, knowledgeable and considerate guides we have ever had. They know exactly where to go to land the BIG papa marlin as my son landed his first striped marlin less than 2hrs into our 8hr day. Hooked a second smaller guy a couple hours later that was super feisty and flailed himself off the line just before getting it into the boat. Numerous dorado!! Jose made up an excellent dish of our fresh mahi sashimi and Jorge kept us on course with an excellent eye for the fish. I just can’t say enough with the fair pricing and friendliness of the whole experience. Jim was there at the end to check in and gave us all sorts of great advice for our time in Cabo.
Dock F is super easy to find and their cute puppy even made an appearance to see us off. Very clean boat and Jose was on top of antibacterial level sanitation every step of the day. I was appreciative and impressed with that as a bit of a germaphobe lol.
I would recommend bringing your own lunch if you are picky eater, breakfast is fresh fruit, pastries and cookies. Lunch (extra $20 USD each) was chips, burrito and chefs salad. It was well Presented and tasty but warm due to the heat. Not at the fault of anyone.
Ended up bringing our catch to Alexander’s (best place in town) at the advice of Jim and were impressed there too. They cooked up huge portions 4 ways with sauces and YUM. Blue Sky clients get 2 free drinks on the house if you bring your fish in. our meal with applies ended up under $60 USD and if you know Cabo, you know this is a great price! Thanks for that recommendation too.

Blue Sky Cabo is the best fishing in Cabo!!
We went with a family group of eight and we had a blast! First and foremost was the crew; Captain Francisco, Aaron and Ulises made our day memorable and fun. The boat is a well appointed, clean, and comfortable. It has an inside cabin to get out of the sun and a shaded upper deck (above the fishermen) that comfortably sits 7/8. The crew set us up for success. They had a light breakfast set up when we boarded (coffee, pastries, Kahlua) and a couple hours into our morning a wonderful cooked breakfast of eggs, bacon, French toast, fruit, buttered toast…). We were fortunate that day the fish were biting. Captain Francisco found the fish. We caught four marlin (catch and release) and two Dorados (Mahi Mahi). The filleted the Dorados and we had those for dinner.
This is a great company. Communications with the owners is fantastic, they will make sure you have a great day on the water!! This is our second fishing trip with them.
Blue Sky Cabo Fishing Charters
I’ve fished at quite a few destinations around the world and this is a top notch operation. The boat crews are friendly and extremely knowledgeable and they really want to find you big fish. The owner Jim goes way above and beyond what is required and provides a unique experience and local knowledge for a truly once in a lifetime experience.
The boats and equipment are reliable and comfortable and the breakfast and lunches are were outstanding and hit the spot while out chasing Blue Marlin, Stripped Marlin and Dorado. This is my second trip in a row and we caught and released some beautiful fish and both times Jim the owner of Blue Sky lined up a restaurant to have our Dorado cooked for us several different ways and it was the best fish I have ever eaten.
I would highly recommend Blue Sky Charters to any one wanting a true professional experience to successfully and safely get out catch these Monster Fish they have in the beautiful waters of Cabo San Lucas. These guys will take care of you and with their local knowledge of restaurants and the night life and things to do, you will not be disappointed.

Jim and his entire crew provided an awesome fishing excursion! Communications before, and up to departure, were thorough. Coffee and a hot breakfast were served, along with beverages and drinks. It was my and my husband’s first time deep-sea fishing, so to say he reeled in a striped Marlin will be something we won’t ever forget! The photographer (and Jim) took many great photos of our trip, also capturing the scenic backdrop. Feeding the sea lions from the back as we pulled into the marina, provided even more amazing pics. On a day when the world’s largest sports fishing tournament was going on around us logging real time info about how many fish 175 boats were catching, we pulled 1 of only 21 fish (from the competition boats + us) in our half day outing. Jim and his whole crew were incredible from start to finish including accommodating my allergy and letting my 14 year old nephew land his first ever sport fish when the bites started coming in.
He landed it, and it made his year! You can trust Blue Sky to deliver the best chance of success and to deliver a good time while you’re doing it. Don’t fish with anyone else!

This was our best trip yet with Blue Sky Cabo. We were on Blue Sea the 60’ and went to the pacific side and immediately started catching marlin. We landed 9 marlin, 1 sail fish and 1 wahoo. We had two double hookups and one triple hook up. Amazing day.
Blue Sky Cabo Fishing Tour – Unforgettable!
My wife and I have been wanting to go deep sea fishing and after our research chose Blue Sky Cabo. From our original inquiry to the day of the tour was seamless and professional. They even went up and beyond by sharing with us recommendations for hotels and restaurants. Our day of deep sea fishing started at 5:55am when we were greeted by Mary at the dock and were escorted to our boat. Our crew of 3 was superb! We pulled out of the Marina and were heading out with other boats competing in Bisbee’s Black & Blue Tournament. L had a fish on early in the morning and landed a Dorado! We were out on the water for 5 hours and the crew treated us great and we had the best day even though the fishing was slow. The crew sent us photos from the day later that afternoon and you can see how happy and relaxed we were. Highly recommend Blue Sky Cabo and we are looking forward to our next deel sea fishing tour with them!

Blue Sky Cabo, Capt Francisco and his crew are excellent.
We had two days on the water on the 43’ riviera boat. Unfortunately Mother Nature decided to give us some windy conditions but Capt Franscisco and his crew Aaron and Ulysses took excellent care of us! The fresh prepared/cooked breakfast and lunch were great. The beverage choices were excellent and overall the boat was great. The first day the fish didn’t want to cooperate but not from lack of the crew and their efforts, just a very slow day. The 2nd day we got the action and the crew didn’t miss a beat! They got us on some great fighting fish and even prepared some sashimi and ceviche on the boat! We will definitely be going back. The boat crew and Blue Sky Cabo as a whole took care of us and were always timely in replying to any questions we had before during and after the trip.
You want the best fishing charter…look no further!
I have now fished with Blue Sky Cabo 3 times and twice on the Blue Sea which is their biggest boat (and my fave). Why? First and foremost…it is the crew. They are top notch and work very hard fortune clients. Capt Alex is awesome and knows his stuff. As a serious fisherman, I am way more interested in learning the how’s and why’s as opposed to just sitting there waiting for someone to hand me a rod to reel in a fish. Capt Alex and crew (Ronnie, Nahum and Ulises) are more than happy to share their knowledge and answer questions. Their English is excellent so there are no communication issues.
Ulises does some mean work in the kitchen galley, cranking out delicious breakfast and lunch. Fruit, baked goods, breakfast burritos, etc…and has coffee and Bailey’s waiting for you on boarding. Want drinks to celebrate landing that marlin? Ulises is your man.
The boat itself is a beauty. Well appointed and loaded with all top notch gear. Plenty of comfort.
Bottom line is this. You won’t find a better boat and crew that will put you on the fish. Blue Sky delivers.
The trip was great! We loved the boat! Big, roomy and clean! We were greeted with coffee with bailey’s, and fresh danish, and then the chef on board cooked us a great breakfast! We had scrambled eggs, bacon, French toast and fresh fruit! More then we expected! The crew went right to fishing and we caught 3 Marlin and another fish that I was not familiar with. The boat was cleaned up after each fish was caught and released. We also had an open bar that everyone enjoyed! I would highly recommend Blue Sky!

We had a wonderful time on our 8 hour fishing charter. When we boarded the boat they had snacks out and Breakfast was then made upon request!. We caught two stripped marlin! Lunch was fantastic and the fishing was too! Great service and crew! Answer all emails and phone calls! We also boarded the sunset cruise and it was so beautiful. The crew on that boat is also amazing! They take photos of you in front of the arch!
Unreal!!! This trip exceeded my expectations, which is hard to do. I will be back again!! Mary met us and walked us to the boat which was very helpful with not fully confident in where we were going. Keith took great care of us after the trip to give us great insight on where to eat and drink. Jorge, Aaron, and Jose worked so hard to put us 3 Marlin. So fun!! Thank you again! The crew at Blue Sky Cabo made our fishing trip well worth the trip. We had a great time! We had two adults and four kids in our group, and once the fish started biting, the kids were hooked. There are a ton of opportunities for photos, and the crew took some good ones for us. The trip out to the fishing area did take a while, so prep kids ahead of time for a wait. It was pretty hot out the day we went, so plan accordingly. The boat fit us all comfortably, they made us a delicious taco lunch, and plenty of beverages were aboard to keep us cool.
We had a Great Day! Excellent communication between the boat owner and crew! On time, greeted and brought aboard. Safety video and instructions and we were away! We caught two nice dorado and the host prepared us a delicious lunch of ceviche and sashimi, cooked dorado and arracherra, fresh quesadillas and fresh salsas, guacamole and pico de gallo. Plenty of delicious cocktails were served as well. Very comfortable seating outside upstairs and the inside air conditioned salon was very nice as well. Two washrooms and plenty of room for everyone. Deck hand was busy the whole afternoon tending to the lines and keeping everything running smoothly. Captain did an awesome job. Accommodating two of our guests that were not sure of sea travel by staying close to shore up the pacific. Saw a few whales and had a really great day! Especially with all the fish we were able to take with us! Will definitely recommend this boat and crew for fishing. They take care of everything from fishing licenses, bait, lunch and beverages. Made for a very relaxing fun day for all of us!

We had an unbelievable trip with Blue Sky. Me and my wife were greeted in the morning and then they took our photos of the arch on the way out to the fishing grounds. Captain Alex put us on the fish right away and my wife caught a 111″ Marlin. We then hooked up a triple header and landed 2 of them. It was so much fun. Blue Sky Cabo was a fantastic experience and the crew is great. We have done a few fishing charters in Cabo but this one was our favorite. From the ease of booking to the fishing experience we would make this our go to fishing charter in the future !

We had a fantastic day of “Dancing” Marlin fishing yesterday aboard the Blue Sky Cabo 43’ boat – kept up & well-maintained machine, zero diesel exhaust in 8 hours (!), and 6 striped Marlin between 6 anglers! Blue Sky has the knowledge on where to fish and the equipment to land the big ones. We had a couple of Marlins on and landed a nice one – see pics. The breakfast burritos they supplied were excellent and they had plenty of beer, water and soda’s on board the communication leading up to the trip was excellent and I have done a few of these in multiple countries.

We went on the Vessel Blue Waters with Captain David and the crew, we waited 15 minutes early just to be sure we were not late to leave at 6:00 am!
The first thing that impressed me is one of the owners was on hand to make sure the vessel was in tip top shape and everything in order and more importantly we did a safety pre-trip before leaving the dock.
Captain David and his crew are a very young crew but their experience showed up on the water , his deck boss always sure to have the gear ready and Captain David watching the waters and making sure we had the right presentation in the water and it worked we caught two nice marlin that day and released both. The 3rd and youngest of the crew made sure we ate food and provided a delicious breakfast and lunch snack with beverages of course!
It was one of most enjoyable days in Cabo for me and my family Blue Sky Cabo Fishing is second to none from owners to crew they ensure their clients are well looked after. I would definitely recommend Blue Sky Cabo Fishing to anyone!

Blue Sky family fishing. We had a great day fishing with the Blue Sky crew. This was our grandson’s first Marlin fishing trip. He scored a great fish and had a wonderful time. We saw a ton of humpback whales and dolphins while we were out. Capt Fransisco and the crew treated us wonderfully. Blue sky never disappoints!

We booked last minute with the company and Mary was so quick and attentive in responding and finalizing everything the night before. We were assigned a boat and told to meet the captain and deckhand at 6 am. Pleasantly surprised to see both owners present that early in the morning to see us off and to make sure it was a smooth start to the day.
Captain Jorge and deckhand Ronnie were amazing. It shows they love what they do. Ronnie had a smile on his face the whole time.they were attentive to our needs and making sure we were doing well and were pleased. Got a few fish, hooked a marlin ( released) as-well as a shark which gave us a good run for our money before it was also released.
Back and noon and sure enough met by the owners again on the dock.

Top notch experience. All crew and everyone involved provided exceptional service and experience. We did a 1/2 day fishing trip and took them up on their sunset cruise ( complimentary!) invite.
Fishing experience was amazing from start to finish.
What was most impressive was when we meet on their complimentary sunset cruise and three people missed the boat ( they were too late and owner did not other people to miss the sunset photo up) Jim paid out of pocket and hired a water taxi boat to bring those three to our boat!!

I’ll start by saying that Jim was great to work with in advance of booking, even taking a call while out on a boat to answer some questions I had. From there the communication and instructions on how to get to the boat and helpful advice on how to make sure we were dropped off at the right place was perfect. We arrived and were met by Jim and after getting on board we were leaving the dock right on schedule. After just a short ride to the spot we were catching bonito. We caught six of those. After that we trolled with a combination of artificial and live bait on the pacific side. Jorge and Jesus put us on two beautiful Striped Marlin! Both fish were about 96” and 130 pounds. These guys were great with maneuvering the boat to help gain line on the fish and were quick to get the other lines out of the water to ensure we didn’t get hung up. Additionally, Jesus kept the boat cleaned up from boating the fish and ensuring we had drinks and food as needed. Our experience was great and everything we hoped it to be.

From book to hook, this was an excellent fine tuned experience! Breakfast was waiting for me on the boat, including French toast, cantaloupe, mixed fruit, and coffee.
Keith introduced me to the captain and crew:Oscar, Abraham, and Noe. Top tier excellence again! This was a solo fishing trip for me and my first offshore deep sea.
Within a few hours, I had landed a 103 inch striped Marlyn and a 96 inch Sailfish
GoPro and professional camera caught the entire event. (including my adrenaline induced chumming of the water)
This is an experience I will remember for the rest of my life.

Our trip began with a warm welcome from an incredibly friendly and professional crew. Breakfast and drinks were provided during the ride out to the fishing grounds, making for a comfortable and enjoyable start to the day.
The boat was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained, featuring separate restrooms for men and women. The air-conditioned cabin offered a full bar, comfortable seating, and a TV, providing plenty of amenities for anyone who wanted to relax between catches.
Of course, when you book a charter of this caliber, you’re there to fish! And this trip was truly one for the record books. We landed two Blue Marlin, including one that was pushing 400 pounds. Booked 2 days fishing with Blue Sky Cabo,had two great crews Boats were phenomenal and could not say enough about the amazing crew. We were treated to amazing Fishing, the food on board was top tier. We caught a sailfish, pompa o and grouper the first day with Capt Oscar. The second day with Capt Luis we can’t the bucket lit blue marlin and 6 Tuna one weighing 80 lbs. Jim contacted us after the second d day and asked how it went, and of course we could not praise the time we had enough. He also asked if we had caught everything we expected, and we stated we will be back next year for the last fish for our wall and that was the Rooster fish. Without hesitation he offered to send us out the following g day to complete what we came down here to catch He made us an offer we could not refuse. Bucket List complete. We had an AMAZING time out on the water with Blue Sky Cabo! Captain Chewy and Jesus and the everyone involved with Blue Sky Cabo was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food on board was delightful, the beverages were cold, the hospitality couldn’t have been better, the boat itself was quite comfortable, and the fishing was awesome! As an added bonus, the Captain proved to be a great tour guide along the way, pointing out sights that we wouldn’t have know to look for. Definitely ️️️️️ – and we will definitely be back again soon!!

My family booked a deep sea fishing yacht with Blue Sky Cabo. What an AMAZING day we had! The crew was very friendly and the yacht was upscale and clean! My mom always wanted to catch a marlin and my uncle wanted us to also catch dinner! Going out on the water through the marina and by the Cabo Arch was beautiful! Watching the crew get all the lines baited and ready for us was fascinating. This is like luxury fishing! The chef had a nice breakfast prepared and drinks were ready! The first “hook” was called and my mom took the chair – it was a MARLIN!! Watching her reel it in was fun! I was up next and caught a Dorado and so did my dad! Finally, my uncle caught a Wahoo!! We caught the marlin (and released) and dinner!! What a perfect day! The chef prepared fresh sashimi and it was delicious! We stopped in the marina for a float which was a nice way to end the day! I would highly recommend Blue Sky Cabo!!

We had an absolutely spectacular day with BlueSky Cabo Fishing and couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to marlin fishing.
We booked a 6-hour charter to experience Cabo’s famous sport fishing, and from the moment we stepped aboard, everything exceeded expectations. The boat was beautiful, spacious, and immaculately maintained. There was plenty of room for our group of four, the bathrooms were exceptionally clean, and we were welcomed with coffee and pastries before departure. One of our favorite features was the upper seating area, which gave us a perfect view of the spread behind the boat. We could watch for strikes, chat with the captain, and enjoy the scenery throughout the trip.
The crew was outstanding from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, especially since some members of our group were first-time anglers. They prepared a great breakfast, although a little early seasickness slowed down some of the eating—part of the adventure! The crew was patient, encouraging, and assisted everyone through the excitement of fighting and landing fish.
The fishing itself was incredible. We landed five marlin during our trip, including the very first fish ever caught by one member of our group. It created memories that will last a lifetime.

My wife has always wanted to go deep sea fishing to catch a marlin – it has been on her bucket list forever! Blue Sky Cabo was highly recommended so we booked an excursion with them. The yacht was very nice and clean and the crew was very friendly and helpful. They made breakfast and the drinks were flowing! When the first “hook” was called, my wife took the chair and it just happened to be a marlin on the line! Watching her reel it in was awesome – she had the biggest smile on her face! thanks to the guidance from the crew, she was able to get the 100+ lb marlin in the boat!! Too much fun! My sister always wanted to catch a marlin so we secured a 6 hour charter on the 60 footer Bertram with Blue Sky Cabo and WOW what an incredible day on the water. A day we will always remember! My sister caught her first marlin and I caught my first wahoo. Afterwards we prepared the dorado and wahoo for dinner – AMAZING.
My sister asked if all charters operate the same and I said NO! Day started off with Doug greeting us at 6:00 and staying in contact us throughout the journey congratulating us each time we caught a fish. The crew was amazing: friendly, spoke English and did all the work – except bring in the fish. Captain Dave was equally amazing! Cesar the chef made us yummy breakfast burritos and served us drinks during the whole charter. Cesar even made us the freshest ceviche from the wahoo we caught!
We highly recommend Blue Sky Cabo and will secure next time in Los Cabos!

I can cross “catch a marlin” off my bucket list!!! What an AMAZING day with Blue Sky Cabo!! From the friendly crew to the food/drinks and the “luxury” fishing experience, they are 5++ I would highly recommend! We caught a marlin, 2 Dorado and 1 Wahoo – apparently, a triple crown! I didn’t think I would be able to get the 100+ pound marlin in the boat, but the crew was there to help and guide me, even cheering me on!! Too much fun!! We even stopped in Medano Beach for a float, which was refreshing, especially with a margarita in hand!! Thank you for a lifetime memory!

Incredible Charter and an Unforgettable Orca Encounter May 2026 We had an absolutely fantastic day on the water with Blue Sky Cabo Fishing and Tours. Even though the fishing was a little slower than expected, which we learned can be fairly common during May, the entire charter was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The crew stayed positive, worked hard, and never stopped searching for opportunities to put us on fish. One of the biggest highlights of the trip was an incredible encounter with a pod of five orcas that suddenly appeared around the boat. Watching these magnificent animals in their natural environment was something we will never forget and made the day even more special. We also successfully landed a beautiful dorado that turned into an outstanding meal later that evening. Eight Hour Black Marlin Adventure Apr 2026 • Friends Our group enjoyed an outstanding eight-hour charter aboard Blue Sky with Blue Sky Cabo Fishing and Tours. We booked two full days on the water, starting with some exciting roosterfish action before heading offshore in search of marlin. Perfect Day Offshore Fishing in Cabo Mar 2026 • Friends We had an incredible day offshore fishing in the Pacific Ocean aboard the Blue Sky 43-foot sport fisherman on March 24, 2026. The ocean had around 3-foot seas with light white caps, but the boat handled the conditions extremely well and provided a comfortable ride throughout the trip. After enjoying a delicious breakfast prepared onboard, we started fishing and were fortunate enough to catch three marlin during our charter. We also had a large dorado opportunity that unfortunately got away, but the overall experience was still fantastic. Captain and crew worked hard, provided excellent service, and helped make the day memorable. While most communication was in Spanish, the crew was professional and helpful throughout the adventure. Went out on Blue Sky 43 foot Sport fisherman. March 24, 2026 with 3 foot seas and slight white caps that the boat handled fine. Caught 3 marlin after a delicious on board breakfast, then had a large dorado that got away. Captain and crew were excellent but mostly spoke Spanish. We would definitely book with Blue Sky Cabo again.

Had a great day with family including 3 grandsons ages 10, 14 & 17. Super weather & boating conditions. Blue Sky Cabo captain & crew of our 43 foot Riviera were professional & very helpful. We lost 2 early strikes recovering only the heads of our bait fish. That was followed shortly with hooking our first Dorado and within a few seconds the second one. This made for much excitement as our two oldest grandsons fought side by side to eventually land both a male and female Dorado. Blue Sky provide excellent equipment, state of the art boats and a great crew. In addition they provide good food and plenty of hot & cold beverages. All you need is to do is enjoy the trip

My wife had always dreamed of catching a marlin, and it had been on her bucket list for years. On Monday, May 11, we enjoyed an unforgettable fishing adventure with beautiful weather, although the ocean conditions were a little rough with some choppy water. Despite the challenging conditions, the fishing was fantastic, and the crew worked hard throughout the entire trip to make sure we had the best possible experience.
