Blue Water Cabo Fishing Report Scott, Allison, Jacob (13), and Abigail (11) from Texas boarded the 35-foot Blue Water with Captain Oscar for a 5-hour Cabo San Lucas fishing charter, heading offshore in search of summer action. Conditions were ideal with light northwest winds at 8 to 10 mph, calm seas at 2 to 3 feet, air temperatures around 88°F, and warm water holding at 84°F. The Hartman family had nonstop action as Captain Oscar raised and hooked 3 striped marlin, all successfully caught and released.
