Started out with a slow troll pass EL Archo, heading into the Pacific.

First area hit, is San Jaime Bank.. few tuna.

Next stop Golden Gate Bank this is 15 miles north.

Caught enough Tuna and Bonita for a week!!!

Early morning departure for this group, not a cloud in the sky.

Captain Eddy and his crew headed out to an area called San Jaime Bank.

San Jaime Bank  is the closet bank from the marina.

There is a pathway between the San Jaime Bank and Golden Gate, that creates an underwater current pathway.

Super hot spot for Skipjack, Tuna and Bonita.

The bait was working its magic today!

May 2nd Cabo San lucas Marlin Fishing Report

By | Cabo San Lucas Fishing Report | No Comments

Captain Gilbert and his crew departed from the marina, aboard the 60′ yacht Blue Sea.

Nice warm day of 81 degrees , cloud coverage and mild to moderate swells.

Generally the month of May it takes a little longer to catch a Marlin.

Marlin tend to like the cooler water.

Did you know the Blacks only live in the Pacific.

A lot of trolling casting and using live bait is needed

After about a 30 min fight..this Marlin was caught photographed and released.
