Terms and Conditions
- Refunds without admin fee are offered when port is closed by Federal Government – this is based on weather and other events such as earthquake or ocean swells.
- Refunds are given less a $100 Admin Fee for charters cancelled 14 days notice or greater.
- Credit is given less a $100 Admin Fee for charters cancelled 7 days notice or greater.
Final Payment Options
- Cash USD is accepted at boarding for final payment – this is the preferred method of final payment.
- Credit card final payment is accepted with a 10% currency exchange fee and 5% credit card fee – 15% Net Surcharge
- USD Wires are accepted with a 10% currency exchange fee – there is no credit card surcharge applicable.
- Suggested Gratuity for the crew is 15% Cash To Captain
- Cash Payment apps such as Venmo and Zelle are not accepted in Mexico – these apps are USA banking oriented accepted.
